Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Borderlands”
The Borderlands is a 2013 horror-thriller directed by Elliot Goldner. The movie follows Father John (Gordon Kennedy) and Father Marcus (Robin Hill), two Vatican investigators sent to a remote British church to investigate reports of a miraculous event.
When they arrive, they discover that the church is in the middle of a small village that appears to be abandoned. As they explore the church, they soon discover that the village is not as deserted as it seems. The church is haunted by supernatural forces, and the two priests must battle against the evil forces in order to save the village and its inhabitants.
The two priests soon realize that the village is being terrorized by a powerful demon called the Bane. The Bane has been using its powers to manipulate the villagers and force them to do its bidding. In order to save the village, Father John and Father Marcus must confront the Bane and its minions.
The priests soon discover that the Bane is connected to a mysterious artifact known as the “Key of Solomon”. This artifact is said to be the key to unlocking the power of the Bane. In order to save the village, the priests must find the Key of Solomon and use it to defeat the Bane.
