Synopsis/Plot
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay is an animated film released in 2018, and is the first installment of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies. It follows the adventures of the Suicide Squad, a team of dangerous criminals who are forced to work together as a unit by the government in exchange for reduced sentences.
The story follows the Squad as they are sent on a mission to retrieve a powerful magical object known as the “Get Out of Hell Free” card. The card is sought by both the Squad and a powerful criminal organization known as the “Reckoners.” The Squad must fight their way through a variety of enemies, including the powerful assassin, Bronze Tiger, and the supernatural forces of the demon Neron.
The Squad is led by Amanda Waller, a ruthless government agent who has no qualms about using the Squad as expendable pawns. She is assisted by the mysterious hacker, Hack, who provides the team with valuable information.
The Squad is also joined by a new member, the villainous Copperhead, who has been sent to keep an eye on them. As the Squad fights their way through their mission, they must face their own inner demons as well as the powerful
