Synopsis – What to Expect from “Stir of Echoes”
Stir of Echoes is a psychological thriller released in 1999 and starring Kevin Bacon. The movie follows Tom Witzky, a blue-collar worker who is hypnotized by his sister-in-law, Maggie, at a party. After the session, Tom begins to experience strange visions and supernatural occurrences.
Tom’s visions become increasingly disturbing, and he begins to suspect that something sinister is happening in his neighborhood. He discovers that a young girl named Samantha Kozac disappeared without a trace several months prior and that her disappearance is somehow related to his visions.
Tom begins to investigate the disappearance, and he soon finds himself drawn into a dark and dangerous world of supernatural forces. He discovers that Maggie had also hypnotized Samantha, and that this was the catalyst for the supernatural events that are now occurring.

In a desperate attempt to save her, Tom must confront the evil forces that are threatening him and his family.
