Synopsis – What to Expect from “Static”
Static is a psychological thriller that follows the story of a young couple, Andrew and Rebecca, who move into a new home in the suburbs of Los Angeles. They soon discover that their new home is haunted by the ghost of a young girl, Sarah, who died in an accident at the house years before.
At first, the couple is scared but soon they realize that the ghost is trying to communicate with them. Andrew and Rebecca try to figure out how to help Sarah move on and in the process, they learn about the tragic story of her death.
Meanwhile, they start to experience strange occurrences in their home, such as furniture moving, lights flickering, and strange noises. They also begin to experience strange dreams and hallucinations.
As the couple investigate further, they uncover a sinister plot involving a powerful family who has been manipulating events in the town for generations. They also discover that Sarah’s ghost is connected to the family’s dark secrets.
With the help of Sarah’s spirit, Andrew and Rebecca must find a way to put an end to the family’s dark machinations and help Sarah find peace.
