Synopsis – What to Expect from “Sorority Boys”
Sorority Boys is a 2002 American comedy film directed by Wallace Wolodarsky and written by Joe Jarvis and Greg Coolidge. It stars Barry Watson, Michael Rosenbaum, Harland Williams, Melissa Sagemiller, and Heather Matarazzo.
The movie follows three college guys, Dave, Adam, and Doofer, who have been kicked out of their fraternity for stealing money from a charity and end up having to live in a girls’ sorority house. To make matters worse, they must dress up as women to avoid getting caught by the police.
At first, the guys are uncomfortable and embarrassed in their new roles, but as time passes, they begin to enjoy their new roles and become popular with the other girls in the house. They also learn to appreciate the girls’ views on life and gain a newfound respect for them.
Meanwhile, the guys must also contend with the fraternity brothers who have it out for them and are determined to get revenge. As the guys learn to navigate their new lives, they must also find a way to prove their innocence and get back into the fraternity.
The movie follows the guys on their journey as they learn to become better people and, ultimately, reclaim their place in the fraternity. Along the way, they also learn to appreciate and respect the female perspective and the importance of standing up for yourself and others.
