Synopsis/Plot
Snatch is a British crime comedy film released in 2000 and directed by Guy Ritchie. The film follows the story of a group of small-time criminals who are attempting to make their fortune in the criminal underworld of London.
The story begins with a diamond heist gone wrong. Turkish (Jason Statham) and Tommy (Stephen Graham) are two small-time criminals who are hired to steal a large diamond from a local gangster. When the heist goes wrong, they find themselves in debt to the gangster, Brick Top (Alan Ford).
Meanwhile, a shady boxing promoter, Turkish (Jason Statham) is trying to set up a big fight between his fighter, Mickey O’Neil (Brad Pitt) and another fighter, Pretty Boy (Benicio Del Toro). However, Mickey is in debt to a local crime boss, and so Turkish and Tommy hatch a plan to steal a valuable painting from Brick Top in order to pay off the debt.
The plan goes awry and the painting is stolen by a local thief, Franky Four Fingers (Dennis Farina). Franky intends to sell the painting to a mysterious buyer in Amsterdam. Turkish and Tommy hire a “Cousin Av
