Synopsis – What to Expect from “Ski School”
Ski School is a 1991 comedy film about a group of misfit college students who decide to take a ski trip together to a ski resort in the mountains.
The main character, Dave, is a college freshman who is struggling to fit in with the other students. He is invited by a group of his peers to join them on a ski trip. Dave is hesitant at first, but eventually decides to go.
Once at the ski resort, Dave meets the other members of the group. They are all very different from each other, but they quickly bond over their shared love of skiing. Dave quickly learns the basics of skiing and starts to enjoy the sport.
However, the group soon finds themselves in trouble when they are caught by the ski patrol for skiing in an area they are not allowed to. They are forced to take a ski school class in order to keep from being kicked out of the resort.
The ski school class is taught by a strict instructor, but Dave and his friends eventually learn to work together and become a team. They also learn the importance of safety and respect for the mountain.
At the end of the class, the group is allowed to stay at the resort and they all have a great time skiing together. Dave also finds himself becoming more confident and comfortable with his new friends.
The movie ends with the group skiing down the mountain together and celebrating their newfound friendship.
