Synopsis/Plot
Silverado is a 1985 western adventure film directed by Lawrence Kasdan and starring Kevin Kline, Scott Glenn, Kevin Costner, Danny Glover, and John Cleese. The story follows four disparate and desperate travelers who come together to help a small town in the American West threatened by a corrupt sheriff and his henchmen.
The four travelers, Emmett (Kline), Paden (Glenn), Jake (Costner), and Mal (Glover), are all on their own journeys when they meet one another in the small town of Silverado. Emmett is searching for his brother, Paden is on the run from a group of bounty hunters, Jake is a drifter looking for a new start, and Mal is a former slave who is trying to find his family. The four join forces to help the townspeople fight against the corrupt sheriff, Cobb (Cleese), and his henchmen.
The four heroes face a variety of challenges as they battle against the forces of evil, including gunfights, brawls, and other dangerous situations. Along the way, they also discover that there is more to the town of Silverado than meets the eye, and that Cobb’s true motives
