Synopsis/Plot
Siberia is a 2018 thriller film directed by Matthew Ross and starring Keanu Reeves. Set in a small town in Siberia, the movie follows Lucas Hill (Reeves), an American diamond trader who travels to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds of questionable origin. When his business partner goes missing, Lucas is forced to team up with a mysterious local woman, Katya (Ana Ularu), to traverse the treacherous Siberian landscape in search of his partner and the truth behind the blue diamonds.
As Lucas and Katya make their way across the frozen tundra, they find themselves in a dangerous game of survival against the elements and the criminal underworld. With the help of a local hunter, they must brave the harsh conditions of the wilderness and the lurking threat of the Russian mob. Along the way, Lucas discovers a hidden world of secrets and discovers that the truth behind the blue diamonds is darker than he could have ever imagined.
