Synopsis – What to Expect from “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town”
Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town is a classic Christmas movie from 1970. The movie follows the story of a young orphan, Kris Kringle, who is taken in by a family of elves. The elves teach him the importance of Christmas and how to make toys.
Kris then sets out to bring Christmas to the world. He meets a host of characters along the way, including a friendly snowman, a grumpy winter sprite, and an evil Burgermeister Meisterburger who has outlawed the celebration of Christmas.
Kris must find a way to bring Christmas back to the world, and with the help of the elves, he does. He delivers toys to the children of Sombertown and finds a way to get around the Burgermeister’s laws.
When Kris finally reaches the North Pole, Santa Claus welcomes him with open arms. Santa gives Kris the job of being the first “Santa Claus” and together they bring the joy of Christmas to the world.
At the end of the movie, Kris and Santa have a big celebration in the North Pole and everyone is happy. The movie ends with the message that Christmas is for everyone and that the spirit of Christmas lives on.
