Synopsis/Plot
Runaway Train is a 1985 American action-adventure film directed by Andrei Konchalovsky and starring Jon Voight, Eric Roberts, Rebecca De Mornay, and John P. Ryan. The story follows two escaped convicts, Manny (Voight) and Buck (Roberts), who board a train heading for Alaska and find themselves in a race against time when the train suddenly accelerates out of control.
The film begins with Manny and Buck escaping from a prison in Alaska. After they make their way to a nearby train station, they board a train that is heading south. However, the train quickly accelerates out of control and they find themselves in a race against time to figure out how to stop it. Along the way, they meet a young woman, Sara (De Mornay), who is also on the train and helps them out. As the train speeds through the Alaskan wilderness, they are pursued by a relentless prison warden (Ryan) who will stop at nothing to catch them.
The trio must use their wits and courage to stay ahead of the warden and find a way to stop the runaway train. Along the way, they find themselves in a number of dangerous and thrilling
