Synopsis – What to Expect from “Rubber”
Rubber is a unique, darkly humorous horror-thriller about Robert, a sentient tire that has been abandoned in the desert. It soon develops a murderous and violent streak, and begins to seek out revenge against the people who have wronged it.
The movie opens with Robert, a tire, rolling through the desert. He is soon found by a group of people who have been camping in the area. They take him back to their camp and begin to experiment on him, using various items to try and make him move.
The experiments cause Robert to become sentient, and he soon develops a murderous and violent streak. He begins to attack the people in the camp, killing some of them and seriously injuring others.
The group of people realize that Robert is not a normal tire, and they decide to hunt him down and destroy him. They enlist the help of a local sheriff, who is skeptical at first, but soon believes the group’s story.
The sheriff and the group of people set out to find Robert, and they eventually track him down. However, Robert is not alone, as he has created a small army of sentient tires that he has been using to exact revenge on the people who wronged him.
The sheriff and the group of people battle Robert and his tire army, but they are no match for the powerful tires. In a desperate attempt to save themselves, they set fire to the tires, destroying
