Synopsis – What to Expect from “Revenge of the Nerds IV: Nerds In Love”
Revenge of the Nerds IV: Nerds in Love is a 1994 romantic comedy about four college friends who are all nerds. The four friends are Lewis, Gilbert, Lamar, and Booger. Lewis is a nerd who has been in love with his best friend, and roommate, Gilbert since they were in high school. Gilbert is a computer geek who is too shy to express his feelings. Lamar is a jock who is in love with the most popular girl on campus, Betty Childs. Booger is a slob who is searching for true love.
The four friends embark on a road trip to a science fiction convention in Las Vegas. On the way, they meet a group of hippies and join them on their journey. Along the way, they discover that they all have something in common: they all love science fiction.
At the convention, the four nerds meet a group of beautiful women who are also fans of science fiction. The women are intrigued by the four friends and invite them to a party. While at the party, the four nerds are able to show off their knowledge of science fiction and their skills as computer programmers.
At the party, Lewis and Gilbert finally confess their feelings for each other and share a passionate kiss. Meanwhile, Lamar and Betty also share a kiss and decide to start dating. Booger also finds love with a beautiful woman who shares his love for science fiction.
