Synopsis – What to Expect from “Rampage: Capital Punishment”
Rampage: Capital Punishment is a 2014 action-thriller movie about a former Special Forces soldier named Bill Williamson. After being wrongfully accused of a crime and sent to prison, Bill is determined to exact revenge on the people who put him behind bars.
Bill escapes from prison and heads to Washington D.C., where he takes hostages in the city’s financial district. He demands the immediate release of all prisoners who have been wrongfully convicted and threatens to execute the hostages if his demands are not met.
The FBI and local police are unable to stop Bill, so they enlist the help of an old friend of Bill’s, a former Special Forces soldier named John. John is able to infiltrate Bill’s group and gain his trust.
John and the FBI devise a plan to capture Bill and his group alive, but they soon discover that Bill is planning a much bigger attack. He has acquired a large stockpile of weapons and explosives and intends to use them to blow up the entire city.
The FBI and John must work together to stop Bill and his group before they can carry out their devastating plan. With time running out, they must use all of their skills and resources to locate Bill and his group and bring them to justice.
The fate of the city and its citizens now lies in the hands of John and the FBI. Will they be able to stop Bill and his group before it’s too late?
