Synopsis – What to Expect from “Postal”
Postal is a 2007 comedy film directed by Uwe Boll and starring Zack Ward, Dave Foley, Chris Coppola, Dave Sheridan, J.K Simmons, and Verne Troyer.
The movie follows the misadventures of the hapless Postal Dude (Zack Ward) as he is forced to take a job at the local post office in his small town of Paradise, Arizona. Postal Dude quickly finds himself in over his head when he discovers that the post office has been taken over by a cult-like group of religious fanatics led by the enigmatic Uncle Dave (Dave Foley).
Uncle Dave has his own plans for the post office, and Postal Dude soon finds himself at the center of a conflict between Dave’s followers and the local townspeople. As the conflict escalates, Postal Dude is forced to take desperate measures to save the town from Dave’s reign of terror.
In the end, Postal Dude must rely on his wits and a few unlikely allies to save the day and restore order to Paradise. Along the way, he learns a few lessons about friendship, loyalty, and the power of community.
Postal is an offbeat comedy filled with outrageous characters, action-packed sequences, and plenty of laughs. It’s a wild ride from start to finish, and will leave you laughing and cheering for Postal Dude all the way.
