Synopsis/Plot
Paper Towns is a coming-of-age romantic mystery drama film based on the 2008 novel of the same name by John Green. The film follows Quentin Jacobsen, a high school senior who has been in love with his enigmatic neighbor, Margo Roth Spiegelman, since childhood. When Margo suddenly disappears, Quentin and his friends embark on an exhilarating adventure to find her. Along the way, they discover that Margo is not the girl they thought she was, and that to find her they must look beyond the paper towns of their suburban existence.
The film stars Nat Wolff as Quentin, Cara Delevingne as Margo, Austin Abrams as Ben, Justice Smith as Radar, Halston Sage as Lacey, and Jaz Sinclair as Angela. It is directed by Jake Schreier and written by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, the same duo who wrote the screenplay for The Fault in Our Stars.
