Synopsis/Plot
Operation Christmas Drop is a 2020 American romantic comedy film directed by Martin Wood and written by Gregg Rossen and Brian Sawyer. The film stars Kat Graham, Alexander Ludwig, Virginia Madsen, and Treat Williams. The movie follows congressional aide Erica Miller (Kat Graham) as she travels to a remote island in the Pacific to investigate a military base’s annual tradition of airdropping presents on the island for the locals.
When Erica arrives on the island, she meets the base commander, Captain Andrew Jantz (Alexander Ludwig), and quickly discovers the truth behind the Operation Christmas Drop. She learns that the tradition of dropping presents on the island has been going on for over 60 years, and that the base commander is the one who oversees the operation. Erica is determined to shut down the operation, believing it is a waste of taxpayer money, but she soon discovers the joy it brings to the islanders and the meaning it has for the base commander.
As Erica and Andrew spend more time together, they begin to form a connection. Despite their differences, they eventually fall in love. Meanwhile, Erica continues to investigate the Operation Christmas Drop and discovers the true reason behind it. She learns that the airdrops are not
