Synopsis/Plot
Open Season is a 2006 computer-animated comedy film directed by Roger Allers and Jill Culton. It stars the voices of Martin Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher, Debra Messing, Gary Sinise, and Billy Connolly. The film follows the story of a domesticated grizzly bear named Boog, who is forced to return to the wild after being accidentally released from his trailer home by a deer hunter. He teams up with a rag-tag group of forest animals, including a fast-talking mule deer named Elliot, to help him survive the harsh wilderness. Along the way, they must outwit a ruthless hunter and his team of dogs who are determined to capture Boog.
The film features a variety of humorous and exciting adventures as Boog and Elliot battle their way through the wilderness, learning valuable lessons about friendship and teamwork along the way. Along the way, they also meet some interesting characters, including a wise old beaver named McSquizzy, a skunk named Fifi, and a wise-cracking porcupine named Reilly.
