Synopsis – What to Expect from “Nothing but Trouble”
Nothing But Trouble is a 1991 American comedy-horror film directed by Dan Aykroyd and starring Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, Demi Moore, John Candy, and Taylor Negron.
The movie follows the adventures of a group of four friends who are on their way to Atlantic City, New Jersey, for a weekend getaway. The group consists of Chris Thorne (Chevy Chase), Diane Lightson (Demi Moore), Bobby Davis (John Candy), and Fausto (Taylor Negron).
On their way to Atlantic City, the group takes a wrong turn and ends up in the small town of Valkenvania. Unbeknownst to them, Valkenvania is ruled by a strange and eccentric judge named Dennis Valkenheiser (Dan Aykroyd). The judge is a bit of a madman and is known for his bizarre punishments for those that cross him.
When the group arrives in Valkenvania, they quickly find themselves in trouble with the judge. After quickly being sentenced to a variety of punishments, the group must find a way to escape the town and the judge’s wrath.
