Synopsis – What to Expect from “Next Day Air”
Next Day Air is a 2009 American action comedy film directed by Benny Boom and starring Donald Faison, Mike Epps, and Wood Harris. The film follows the story of two bumbling criminals, Leo (Faison) and Brody (Epps), who accidentally deliver a package of cocaine to the wrong address. They must then try to retrieve the package before the rightful recipient, a notorious drug lord, finds out.
The story begins with Leo and Brody, two delivery men for Next Day Air, a low-budget shipping company. They are sent out to deliver a package to a customer in the hood. Unbeknownst to them, the package contains drugs, and they mistakenly deliver it to the wrong address. They then find out that the package was meant for a notorious drug lord, and they must now try to retrieve it before he finds out.
Meanwhile, the rightful recipient of the package, a man named Guch (Wood Harris), is desperately trying to find out who delivered his package. He begins to suspect Leo and Brody and starts to tail them. In the meantime, a local gang leader, Bodega (Emilio Rivera), is also after the package, as he is in debt to the drug lord.
Leo and Brody must now find a way to outsmart Guch, Bodega, and the drug lord in order to keep their jobs and stay alive. With the help of their boss, G
