Synopsis/Plot
Never Been Kissed is a romantic comedy starring Drew Barrymore as Josie Geller, a copy editor for the Chicago Sun-Times. After being humiliated on her first day of high school, Josie never quite recovered from the experience. Years later, she is given the opportunity to relive her teenage years when she is assigned to go undercover as a student at a local high school to write an exposé about the current state of education.
Josie is determined to fit in this time around and gain the popularity she never had. Along the way, she meets her English teacher, Sam Coulson, played by Michael Vartan, who she quickly develops a crush on. She also meets her brother, Rob, played by David Arquette, who is the coolest kid in school. With the help of her new friends, Josie is able to gain the popularity she always wanted.
However, things become complicated when she realizes that she is falling in love with Sam, who is unaware of her true identity. Josie must find a way to tell him the truth without losing her newfound popularity.
