Synopsis – What to Expect from “My Favorite Wedding”
My Favorite Wedding is a romantic comedy about a bride-to-be named Maggie (Maggie Lawson) who is determined to have the perfect wedding. She has her dream dress, the perfect venue and the perfect bridesmaids. But when her ex-boyfriend, Kyle (Paul Campbell), shows up at the wedding, all of her plans are thrown into disarray.
Maggie is determined to ignore Kyle and make her wedding day perfect, but her bridesmaids have other ideas. They encourage her to confront her feelings for Kyle and to give him a chance to explain why he left her. Maggie reluctantly agrees, and she and Kyle spend the day together, talking and reminiscing about their past.
As the day progresses, Maggie finds herself increasingly drawn to Kyle and she begins to question her decision to marry her fiancé. She eventually decides to call off the wedding and to pursue a relationship with Kyle.
The movie follows Maggie and Kyle as they navigate the ups and downs of their new relationship and as they learn to trust each other and to love again. Along the way, Maggie and Kyle are supported by her bridesmaids and by Kyle’s best friend, Mark (Fred Willard).
