My Boss’s Daughter is a 2003 comedy film starring Ashton Kutcher, Tara Reid, and Terence Stamp. The film follows Tom Stansfield (Kutcher), a young man who works for the demanding and overbearing Jack Taylor (Stamp). When Jack’s daughter Lisa (Reid) comes to visit, Tom is put in charge of watching over her.
Tom quickly finds himself in over his head as he is forced to deal with Lisa’s wild antics. When Jack has to leave town, he entrusts Tom to look after his daughter and his home. Tom takes this responsibility seriously, but his efforts are hampered by Lisa’s wild partying. As the days pass, Tom and Lisa’s relationship begins to develop into something more than just a boss and his daughter.
Tom’s attempts to keep Lisa out of trouble are further complicated when a group of criminals break into Jack’s house, looking for a valuable item that Jack has hidden inside. Tom and Lisa must team up to outwit the criminals and protect Jack’s secret. Along the way, they also discover a newfound appreciation for each other.
