Synopsis – What to Expect from “Mosul”
Mosul is an action-packed drama set in Iraq during the fight against ISIS. The story follows Kawa, an Iraqi SWAT team leader, as he and his team fight to liberate the city of Mosul from the oppressive reign of the terrorist organization.
The movie opens with Kawa and his team fighting their way through the streets of Mosul, trying to reclaim the city from the terrorists. With the help of an American Special Forces team, they are able to make some headway against the terrorists. However, the battle is far from over and Kawa and his team must face overwhelming odds as they battle their way to freedom.
As the fight continues, Kawa and his team face off against the most ruthless and brutal of ISIS leaders, Abu Al-Baghdadi. With the help of a local informant, Kawa and his team are able to locate and capture Al-Baghdadi, but the fight is far from over. With the help of the American Special Forces team, they battle their way through the streets of Mosul and eventually reclaim the city.
The movie ends with Kawa and his team proudly standing on the streets of Mosul, victorious and free from the oppressive reign of the terrorists. The movie is a powerful and emotional look at the struggle of the Iraqi people to reclaim their city and freedom from the clutches of ISIS.
