Synopsis/Plot
Monsters University is an animated comedy adventure film directed by Dan Scanlon and produced by Kori Rae. It is the prequel to the 2001 Disney/Pixar film Monsters, Inc. and the fourth feature-length film produced by Pixar.
The movie follows Mike and Sulley, two monsters who attend college at Monsters University. Mike is an eager and enthusiastic one-eyed monster, while Sulley is a large, furry blue monster. As the two become friends, they must work together to prove that they have what it takes to be successful in the monster world.
The story begins with Mike and Sulley’s first day at Monsters University. They quickly become rivals in the Scare Program, competing for the top spotIn order to prove themselves, Mike and Sulley must compete in the annual Scare Games, where the best scarers from each fraternity and sorority compete in a series of challenges. As the competition progresses, Mike and Sulley must work together to outsmart their rivals and prove that they have what it takes to be successful.
