Synopsis – What to Expect from “Meteor Storm”
Meteor Storm is a 2010 science fiction disaster film directed by Tibor Takács.
The movie follows the story of Jake Lawson (Brian Krause), a brilliant astrophysicist, and his estranged daughter, Sarah (Natasha Henstridge). After discovering a massive comet on a collision course with Earth, Jake and Sarah must work together to save the planet from a devastating meteor shower.
The comet, called “The Great Comet of 2033,” is a massive celestial body that is on a collision course with Earth. As it nears, the comet releases a massive barrage of meteors that threaten to wipe out all life on the planet.
With the help of his daughter and a team of scientists, Jake races against time to find a way to stop the comet before it’s too late. They build a massive particle accelerator to deflect the comet, but it fails and the meteors continue to rain down on the planet.
With the world in chaos, Jake and Sarah must work together to find a way to save the planet. They enlist the help of a mysterious alien race, who offer them a device that can stop the comet. But the device is extremely dangerous and could cause a catastrophic explosion if it is not used correctly.
