Synopsis/Plot
Marvel One-Shot: Item 47 is a short film set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It follows a couple, Benny and Claire, who stumble across a Chitauri gun left over from the Battle of New York in the original Avengers movie. The couple decides to use the weapon to commit a string of bank robberies, and soon find themselves in the crosshairs of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Jasper Sitwell and Agent Blake.
The agents must track down the couple before they can cause any more damage, and enlist the help of a young scientist, Dr. List, to help them understand the weapon’s capabilities. As the agents close in, Benny and Claire become more desperate, and the stakes become higher.
The movie is action-packed, and features plenty of special effects, as well as some great performances from the cast. It’s an exciting and thrilling short film that will leave you wanting more. It’s a great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and provides a great look at the world of the Avengers.
