Synopsis/Plot
Man on a Ledge is an action-packed thriller starring Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, and Ed Harris. The film follows ex-cop Nick Cassidy (Worthington) as he takes to the ledge of a high-rise building in New York City. His mission? To prove his innocence in a diamond heist he was framed for. With the help of his brother Joey (Bell) and his girlfriend Angie (Banks), Nick must outwit the police and the mastermind behind the heist to gain his freedom.
As the police and the media swarm the scene, a cat-and-mouse game ensues between Nick and the mastermind, who is determined to keep Nick on the ledge until his demands are met. With the police unable to penetrate the building, Nick must rely on his wits, and the help of his friends, to survive. As the tension mounts, Nick must decide if he can trust the people around him and if he can take the ultimate leap of faith.
