Synopsis/Plot
Mad Heidi is a heartwarming and inspiring family drama set in the beautiful Swiss Alps. The film follows the journey of a young girl named Heidi, who is sent to live with her grandfather, a gruff old mountain man, after her parents are tragically killed in a car accident.
Heidi quickly discovers that her grandfather is not the warm and loving man she expected. He is a strict disciplinarian who expects her to work hard and follow his rules. Despite his stern demeanor, Heidi quickly learns to love her grandfather and the life he has chosen in the mountains.
Heidi soon finds herself in a battle with the local village mayor, who is determined to tear down the mountain and build a ski resort.
