Synopsis/Plot
Mac & Devin Go to High School is a 2012 comedy film directed by Dylan C. Brown and starring rapper Snoop Dogg and comedian/rapper Wiz Khalifa. The film follows two high school students, Mac Johnson (Snoop Dogg) and Devin Overstreet (Wiz Khalifa), who are polar opposites. Mac is the school’s star athlete and the most popular kid in school, while Devin is a nerdy outcast who is struggling to pass his classes. As their senior year progresses, the two become unlikely friends and embark on a series of misadventures.
The film follows Mac and Devin as they try to help each other out and learn from each other’s differences. Mac helps Devin to become more popular and learn to stand up for himself, while Devin helps Mac to loosen up and focus more on his studies. Along the way, they encounter a variety of characters, including Mac’s rival, the school principal, a crazy drug dealer, and a strange janitor.
