Synopsis – What to Expect from “Liquid Sky”
Liquid Sky is a 1982 science fiction film directed by Slava Tsukerman and starring Anne Carlisle. The film follows a young model, Margaret (Carlisle), who lives in a tiny apartment in New York City. Margaret’s life is suddenly turned upside down when a mysterious UFO appears in the sky above her apartment and begins to affect people in strange ways.
The UFO is actually an alien spacecraft, and its inhabitants are searching for a drug called “liquid sky”. This drug is a powerful narcotic that can be used to control the human mind, and the aliens are searching for a human host to test it on. Margaret is chosen as the ideal candidate, and soon finds herself in the middle of a bizarre and dangerous situation.
Meanwhile, a group of drug dealers led by a mysterious figure called “The Count” (Johan Widerberg) are also on the hunt for the drug. As Margaret and the aliens become increasingly intertwined in the search for the drug, a strange and dangerous love triangle begins to form.
As the situation grows more complicated, Margaret must find a way to survive and protect herself from the dangers that surround her. Ultimately, she must decide whether to succumb to the alien’s demands, or risk her life to save humanity from the alien’s sinister plans.
