Synopsis – What to Expect from “Let’s Go to Prison”
Let’s Go to Prison is a 2006 American comedy film starring Will Arnett and Dax Shepard. The film follows the story of John Lyshitski (Will Arnett), a wealthy and successful businessman who has had a long-standing feud with Nelson Biederman IV (Dax Shepard). After a series of pranks between the two, John finally gets his revenge by framing Nelson for a crime he didn’t commit.
Nelson is sent to the same prison that John was sent to as a teenager, and the two must now learn to coexist in the same prison. Nelson must learn how to survive in the prison, and John must come to terms with his own past. Along the way, the two form an unlikely friendship and discover that life in prison isn’t as bad as they thought.
The story follows the two men as they navigate the harsh realities of prison life, and learn to adapt to their new environment. They must also confront their own demons and learn to forgive each other. As the two come to terms with their situation, they also come to realize that they are more alike than they thought.
In the end, the two men must find a way to escape the prison and return to the outside world. In the process, they learn valuable lessons about friendship, loyalty, and the importance of second chances.
