Synopsis – What to Expect from “Knock Off”
Knock Off is an action-packed film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Rob Schneider. The plot follows Van Damme’s character, Marcus Ray, who is a former CIA agent now working as a fashion designer in Hong Kong. He is approached by his former CIA mentor, Harry, to help investigate a counterfeiting ring that is flooding the US market with knock-off designer clothing.
Ray teams up with Schneider’s character, Tommy Hendricks, a former Navy Seal and now a Hong Kong cop. Together, they begin to investigate the counterfeiters and soon discover that the counterfeiting ring is headed by a powerful and dangerous Chinese Triad leader, Mr. Chiu.
The counterfeiters are using the profits from their illegal activities to fund a massive weapons smuggling operation. Ray and Hendricks soon find themselves in a race against time to stop the Triad’s plan to smuggle weapons into the US before it’s too late.
The two men enlist the help of a beautiful Chinese agent, Lee, to help them infiltrate the Triad. They soon find themselves in a brutal fight for survival against the Triad’s highly trained and heavily armed henchmen. In the end, Ray and Hendricks must use all of their skills and wits to outsmart the Triad and save the day.
