Synopsis/Plot
Ken Park is a 2002 American drama film directed by Larry Clark and Edward Lachman. It stars Adam Chubbuck, James Ransone, Stephen Jasso, and Tiffany Limos.
The film follows four teenagers living in Visalia, California, a small rural town. Each of the four teenagers is dealing with family issues that have caused them to become disconnected from their parents. The teens are Shawn (Adam Chubbuck), Claude (James Ransone), Tate (Stephen Jasso), and Peaches (Tiffany Limos).
Shawn is a troubled teenager who is struggling with his religious beliefs and his sexuality. He is also dealing with his parents’ divorce and his father’s remarriage. Claude is a rebellious teen who is struggling with his own sense of identity and his parents’ expectations. Tate is a smart and sensitive teen who is dealing with his parents’ constant fighting. Peaches is a wild and promiscuous teen who is struggling with her parents’ neglect.
