Synopsis/Plot
Justice League: Throne of Atlantis is a 2015 direct-to-video animated superhero film featuring the DC Comics superhero team the Justice League. It is the fifth installment in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies series and a direct sequel to the 2014 film Justice League: War. The film is directed by Ethan Spaulding from a script by Heath Corson. It stars the voices of Matt Lanter, Sam Witwer, Jason O’Mara, Shemar Moore, Nathan Fillion, Rosario Dawson, Jerry O’Connell, Sean Astin, Christopher Gorham, and Steve Blum.
The film follows the Justice League as they battle against the forces of Atlantis, led by the half-brother of Aquaman, Orm. When the forces of Atlantis launch an attack on the surface world, it is up to the Justice League to prevent the total destruction of the planet. As the battle rages on, the heroes must also contend with a new enemy, the powerful and mysterious Ocean Master.
