Synopsis/Plot
Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa is a 2013 American comedy film directed by Jeff Tremaine and written by Tremaine, Spike Jonze, and Johnny Knoxville. The film stars Johnny Knoxville and Jackson Nicoll and follows the misadventures of Knoxville’s character, Irving Zisman, and his grandson Billy, played by Nicoll.
The film begins with Irving Zisman, an 86-year-old man, mourning the death of his wife. He then sets off on a road trip across the United States with his grandson, Billy, in order to take him to his father’s house. Along the way, Irving and Billy get into all sorts of mischief, from pranking unsuspecting strangers to performing outrageous stunts.
The film is filled with an array of outrageous gags, from Irving dressing up as a woman to Billy mooning unsuspecting shoppers. The film also features a number of celebrity cameos, including Jackass veterans Steve-O and Bam Margera.
