Synopsis – What to Expect from “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa .5”
Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa .5 is a 2014 American comedy film starring Johnny Knoxville as Irving Zisman, an 86-year-old man who travels across the United States with his 8-year-old grandson, Billy (Jackson Nicoll). After being kicked out of his home by his daughter, Irving and Billy set out on a road trip in search of Irving’s long-lost love, Esther. Along the way, they prank unsuspecting strangers, get into wild misadventures, and cause chaos wherever they go.
The film begins with Irving and Billy embarking on their journey, starting in Nebraska. As they travel, they pull off outrageous pranks, such as having Irving dress up as a woman to get free food at a diner. They also meet a variety of colorful characters, including a rodeo clown, a biker gang, and a group of drunken frat boys.
Irving and Billy eventually make it to North Carolina, where they find out that Esther has died. Irving is devastated, but he and Billy continue their journey. They travel to Florida, where they visit a theme park and go to a senior citizen talent show.
At the talent show, Irving and Billy pull off a prank that involves Irving pretending to be a talent show contestant. The prank goes wrong, and Irving and Billy are forced to flee. They end up in a truck and drive to California, where they finally find Esther’s grave.
