Synopsis/Plot
Isle of Dogs is a 2018 stop-motion animated film directed by Wes Anderson. Set in a dystopian future Japan, the film follows the story of a young boy named Atari Kobayashi who sets out on a daring mission to find his lost dog, Spots. After the mayor of Megasaki City orders all dogs to be exiled to Trash Island, Atari steals a plane and embarks on a journey to find his beloved pet. Along the way, he meets a pack of loyal canines who help him in his quest. With their help, Atari discovers a sinister plot to rid the city of all dogs and must find a way to save them. Through a combination of thrilling action, heartwarming moments, and a unique visual style, Isle of Dogs is an exciting and heartfelt adventure that celebrates the bond between humans and their four-legged friends.
