Press Windows + R and type CMD.
Type tasklist and press Enter.You will see all the running tasks.
Find out the name of your browser from the task list.
Type taskkill /f /im <browser_task_name.exe> /t where <browser_task_name.exe> is the name of your browser task and press Enter. If you are using a chrome browser, type taskkill /f /im chrome.exe /t
Relaunch your browser and access Hulu.
Check Internet Connectivity
First, perform an internet speed test to find out whether your internet bandwidth meets Hulu’s streaming criteria.
Visit Speedtest and click Go, to check your internet bandwidth.
