Synopsis/Plot
Herbie Goes Bananas is a 1980 Disney film directed by Vincent McEveety. It is the fourth installment of the Herbie series and stars Cloris Leachman, Charles Martin Smith, Stephen W. Burns, Harvey Korman, and Don Knotts.
The movie follows Herbie, a Volkswagen Beetle with a mind of its own, and his new owners, Pete and Pam Stoneman, as they embark on a cross-country adventure to Rio de Janeiro. Along the way, they encounter a variety of obstacles, including a gang of jewel thieves, a car-stealing monkey, and a race between Herbie and a giant banana-shaped boat.
