Synopsis/Plot
Heks is a Dutch horror movie written and directed by Roel Reiné. The movie follows a young woman named Jelka, who is a witch living in the Dutch countryside. She lives alone in a cabin in the woods and spends her days tending to her garden and brewing potions. Her peaceful existence is disrupted when a group of teenage boys from the nearby village come to the woods to explore. After an altercation between Jelka and the boys, Jelka casts a powerful spell on them, transforming them into werewolves.
Jelka must now use her powers to protect her home and the village from the boys, who are now under the control of a powerful and ancient evil. With the help of her friend, the village priest, Jelka must battle the boys and the evil force that controls them. Along the way, she discovers secrets about her past, and the truth about the mysterious power she possesses.
