The movie begins with Hansel and Gretel, two siblings living in a small village with their parents. One day, their parents decide to take them on a journey into the forest to find a better life. Hansel and Gretel soon find themselves lost in the woods and stumble upon a mysterious gingerbread house. Inside the house, they find a witch who has been trapping children in her candy-coated prison. She offers them a deal: if they can complete three tasks for her, she will give them a magical potion that will make them rich and powerful.
Hansel and Gretel accept the challenge and set out on a journey to complete the tasks.
