Synopsis/Plot
Hannah and Her Sisters is a 1986 American romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Woody Allen. The movie stars Mia Farrow, Dianne Wiest, Michael Caine, Barbara Hershey, and Max von Sydow.
The story follows the lives of three sisters, Hannah (Mia Farrow), Lee (Barbara Hershey), and Holly (Dianne Wiest), over the course of a year. Hannah is married to Elliot (Michael Caine) and is the mother of two children. Lee is a struggling actress and is having an affair with Hannah’s husband. Holly is an aspiring artist who is searching for her place in the world.
