Synopsis/Plot
Halloween II is the 1981 sequel to the classic horror movie, Halloween. Directed by Rick Rosenthal and written and produced by John Carpenter and Debra Hill, the movie picks up exactly where the first movie left off, with Michael Myers continuing his murderous rampage on the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois.
The movie follows Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) as she is taken to a hospital after being stabbed by Michael Myers in the first movie. Michael, however, is still on the loose and continues his killing spree, targeting Laurie and her friends. Meanwhile, Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) is still on the hunt for Michael, determined to bring him to justice.
The movie is full of suspense, as Michael Myers’ relentless pursuit of Laurie and her friends is relentless. The movie also brings back the classic theme of the unstoppable villain, as Michael Myers continues to elude capture and cause terror throughout the town.
