Synopsis/Plot
Guilty as Sin is a 1993 mystery/thriller starring Rebecca DeMornay and Don Johnson. The film follows the story of Jennifer Haines (DeMornay), a defense attorney who is hired to defend a wealthy businessman, David Greenhill (Johnson), who has been accused of murdering a prostitute.
Jennifer quickly discovers that the case is far from straightforward. Despite the overwhelming evidence against her client, she is determined to prove his innocence. As she digs deeper, she uncovers a web of lies and deceit that leads her to believe that David is being framed for the murder.
Jennifer teams up with a private investigator, Joe D’Angelo (Stephen Lang), to uncover the truth. As they unravel the mystery, they find themselves in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with a mysterious and powerful figure who wants to see David convicted.
The film is full of twists and turns as Jennifer and Joe work to uncover the truth and prove David’s innocence. With time running out, they must race against the clock to uncover the real killer before it’s too late.
