Synopsis/Plot
Gone is a 2012 American psychological thriller film directed by Heitor Dhalia and starring Amanda Seyfried as a young woman who is targeted by a serial killer. The film follows Jill Parrish, a young woman who is trying to recover from a traumatic experience in her past. She is living with her sister Molly and working as a waitress in a small town. When her sister is kidnapped by a serial killer, Jill is determined to find her and bring her home safely.
Jill teams up with a local detective named Jeff, who is investigating the serial killer case. Together, they try to uncover the identity of the killer and put an end to his reign of terror. As they get closer to the truth, they discover that the killer is someone from Jill’s past, and that he may have been stalking her for a long time.
The film follows Jill’s journey as she battles her own fears and doubts in order to save her sister and put an end to the killer’s reign of terror. With the help of Jeff, she is able to confront her past and take control of her life. In the end, Jill is able to bring her sister home safely and the killer is brought to justice.
