Synopsis – What to Expect from “Go Figure”
Go Figure is a Disney Channel Original Movie released in 2005. The movie follows the story of a young figure skater named Katelin Kingsford (Jordan Hinson). She is a talented figure skater who dreams of one day making it to the Olympics.
When her family moves to California, Katelin is forced to leave her beloved coach and rink behind. She is determined to continue skating and finds a way to join a prestigious figure skating academy. Despite her talent, Katelin is met with resistance from the other skaters and her coach, who is unimpressed with her lack of training.
Katelin must now prove she has what it takes to make it in the world of competitive figure skating. With the help of her new coach, Sasha (Kirsten Storms), and her new friends, she begins to develop her skills and gain confidence. Katelin is determined to make it to the top and show everyone that she can make it as a champion figure skater.
Along the way, Katelin must also navigate the pressures of her teenage life, including her strained relationship with her parents, her growing feelings for a fellow skater, and the constant competition with the other skaters at the academy. As she faces these challenges, she also discovers more about herself and her potential.
With the support of her friends and her newfound determination, Katelin is ready to take on the world of competitive figure skating. Will she make it to the top
