Synopsis – What to Expect from “Glitter”
Glitter is a romantic musical drama starring Mariah Carey and Max Beesley. The movie follows the story of Billie Frank, a young, aspiring singer living in New York City. Billie is a talented performer, but she is struggling to make it in the cutthroat music industry.
When Billie meets Julian “Dice” Black (Max Beesley), a record producer, she sees a chance to make it big. Dice takes an interest in Billie and helps her get a record deal. With Dice’s help, Billie’s career takes off and she soon becomes a star.
However, as Billie’s career progresses, she starts to realize that fame and fortune come with a price. Billie finds herself caught between her newfound fame and her true love for music. She struggles to find the balance between the two and ultimately learns that fame isn’t everything.
