Synopsis – What to Expect from “Ghoulies”
Ghoulies is a horror-comedy film released in 1985. It follows the story of Jonathan Graves, a young man who inherits an old mansion from his late father. Upon arriving at the estate, Jonathan discovers that his father was a powerful occultist who had been conducting strange experiments in the basement.
Jonathan soon discovers that the experiments have unleashed an army of demonic creatures known as Ghoulies. The Ghoulies are small, mischievous creatures with a penchant for playing pranks and causing chaos. As the Ghoulies wreak havoc on the estate, Jonathan and his friends must find a way to stop them before they spread their evil throughout the world.
The movie follows Jonathan and his friends as they attempt to battle the Ghoulies and their leader, the powerful Lord Belial. Along the way, they must face their own inner demons as well as the supernatural forces of evil. As the battle rages on, Jonathan must ultimately decide whether to use his father’s occult knowledge to save the world from the Ghoulies, or to succumb to the dark side and join forces with the Ghoulies.
