Synopsis/Plot
Gamer is an action-packed sci-fi thriller that follows the story of Kable (Gerard Butler), a death row inmate in a future world where humans control other humans in a massive online game. Kable is forced to fight for his freedom in a virtual world, where he is controlled by a rich and powerful player known as “Simon” (Michael C. Hall). As Kable struggles to regain his freedom, he must confront a series of dangerous opponents, all while trying to keep his identity secret. Along the way, he meets a mysterious female player who may hold the key to his freedom.
The movie is set in a future where humans can control other humans in a massive online game, and the stakes are high. Kable must use his skills to survive and reclaim his freedom.
